Is it possible to book Lufthansa Green Fares?

Booking Green Fares through Atlatos Profi Traveller

Green Fares can be booked through the Atlatos Profi Traveller when approved by the travel agency or corporate customer.

The Lufthansa Group (LHG) offers a more sustainable fare directly at the time of booking, which includes the reduction and compensation of flight-related CO2 emissions in the price.

How does it work?

It's simple: When booking Green Fares, 20% of the flight-related CO2 emissions are reduced by using sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). The remaining 80% of the flight-related CO2 emissions are compensated by contributing to high-quality climate protection projects.

Note: Green Fares are only displayed if the managing travel agency and the corporate customer have agreed to book flights via NDC. If direct NDC content is enabled via Farelogix, Green Fares will also be displayed.

It is also important to note that ALL fares must be bookable via NDC. If only the Light fare is displayed via NDC, the Green Fares will be hidden.
