What types of integration of Deutsche Bahn are possible? Is integration with the BIBE interface ensured?

The BIBE interface is fully integrated with the result interface. This year, migration to the new MOVAS interface is taking place.

Is the Deutsche Bahn online ticket integrated into the system?

Yes

Are company-specific bahn.business rates of the Bahn considered during booking?

Yes

Are BahnCards stored in the traveler's profile considered during booking?

Yes

Can the BahnCard also be ordered via the OBE?

Yes, BahnCards 25% and 50% for 1st and 2nd class can be ordered. The BahnCard 100 can only be ordered via a form. However, the BahnCard order for DB may be turned off for users by the company through the travel policy.

Is integration of the NVS interface possible?

No

Can the BahnCard order for travelers or certain users be prevented?

Yes, the BahnCard order can be disabled via the travel policy.

Can railway bookings be transmitted to the travel agency?

Yes, this is possible via the Mid-Office system Midoco.

Is seat reservation with seat display possible?

Yes

Can the booking date of the railway transaction be changed in the format at Midoco?

The Midoco transaction can be configured by the travel agency regarding the booking or travel date. The date format can also be set to the values ddMMyyyy, ddMMyy, yyMMdd, and ddMMMyy.

Why is the Sparpreis Europe not displayed in Atlatos?

Deutsche Bahn currently markets only the Flexpreis for Europe to corporate customers. Sparpreis Europe is not yet available to corporate customers via bahn.business (as of 2023)

Can I store my discount card, the Halbtax ID, for SBB?

No, this is not yet possible but is planned.

Can Accessrail be activated for railway bookings in the GDS?

Accessrail is not activated by default. However, it can be activated by the travel agency or Atlatos support.

Can a seat reservation be added subsequently?

Yes, as a separate booking, seats can be booked. Simply use the connection search to find the desired connection with the number of travelers and select the option "book seats only" next to the search button.
