Users with administrative rights have the ability to store centrally used credit cards, also known as travel office cards, at the company or branch level in Atlatos Profi Traveller.
To change or store a new credit card, please navigate through the left menu to the "Administration" option and then to "Subsidiaries".
Click on the edit icon next to the desired subsidiary. On the following detail page, you can add a new credit card. Please specify for which types of services (flight, hotel, car rental, or train) the card should be used. It is also possible to make changes regarding the validity of the card or the associated service type.
Please note that for security reasons, the card number must be re-entered when updating a credit card.
