How much do we have to pay for Atlatos?

At Atlatos, our motto is: Pay only for what you need!

We have offers for every company size, and you can get the Atlatos Profi Traveller in the following versions:

Teams:

- For up to 50 employees
- Includes 20 online bookings (hotel, Deutsche Bahn, or rental car bookings)
- Flight bookings are charged separately - starting at EUR 9.70 plus VAT

Cost: EUR 99 per month (plus VAT and one-time implementation costs)

Business:

- For up to 250 employees
- Includes 75 online bookings (hotel, Deutsche Bahn, or rental car bookings)
- Flight bookings are charged separately - starting at EUR 9.70 plus VAT

Cost: EUR 299 per month (plus VAT and one-time implementation costs)

Enterprise:

- For more than 250 employees
- Over 75 online bookings (hotel, Deutsche Bahn, or rental car bookings)
- Flight bookings are charged separately - starting at EUR 9.70 plus VAT

Cost: On request

Our Atlatos Expense Engine is available in the following models:

- Includes 25 travel expense reports

Cost: EUR 299 per month (plus VAT and one-time implementation costs)

Business:

- For up to 250 employees
- Includes 75 travel expense reports

Cost: EUR 499 per month (plus VAT and one-time implementation costs)

Enterprise:

- For more than 250 employees
- Over 75 travel expense reports
