If you have booking rights, Eurowings flights can be rebooked directly in the Atlatos system via desktop. Other flights can be rebooked over the phone through the travel agency partner. Further online rebooking functions are in development.

Can flights be canceled through Atlatos Profi Traveller?

Yes, if you have booking rights, flights can be directly canceled in the Atlatos system. However, the cancellation function for flights must be enabled at the corporate level. If not authorized, this can be done at short notice through the travel agency partner or travel agency support with instructions from the Travel Manager or an authorized representative of the company.

Can the travel agency make rebookings for the client through Atlatos?

The travel agency partner can rebook Eurowings flights directly in the Atlatos system via desktop. Additional online rebooking functions are in development.
