How can the direct connection to Farelogix be implemented?

For companies:

Please contact your travel agency. In order to activate the Farelogix interface, it needs to be approved and implemented by the travel agency partner. In addition, processing flights in the event of a rebooking is more complex, so that your travel agency will send you a separate offer for this.

For travel agencies:

To get Farelogix activated - we need the Web credentials for Farelogix with activation for Atlatos/Softconex. You can apply for these credentials directly at Lufthansa via your travel agencies’ head office.

If you have provided us with the access data, we will set up this access for you. Prior to this, Farelogix will be deactivated for all corporate customers.

A test booking is made after the setup. If this is successful, you can activate Farelogix for your customers. Please note that for Farelogix the ticketing street must be able to process Farelogix or a ticketing must take place manually in Sprk.

For the activation of the Farelogix bookings, a setup fee will be charged and furthermore Farelogix bookings are excluded from a discount if a number of tickets has been reached.
