How can I book Ryanair’s business fare?

In terms of marketing, Ryanair classifies the higher-value tariff as a business tariff. Currently, this tariff appears in in the results when looking for "business" tariffs within Germany. This is not ideally, because we have a different understanding of a business flight in the airline business.

The business option is not displayed for all customers directly next to the economy fares (that would be possible, but is now probably for some customers only for Ryanair advantageous).
