How can a profile synchronization be terminated for a single corporate client?

In order to stop active synchronization of user profiles, it is necessary to remove the group ID plus (+) the IDs of branches in the Atlatos Profi Traveller company profile. This process is done - via - the travel agency access under "General company settings".

For Umbrella this corresponds to the "Umbrella Faces ID" and for Profiles to the "NodeID". Should one of these IDs is missing, no synchronization may be performed, regardless of direction.

Please note that removing the NodeID or Faces ID does not delete any existing profiles in Umbrella or Profiles. Only the synchronization of the profiles will be stopped.
