Did you not receive your rail confirmation email or have deleted it by mistake?
Due that confirmations are sent directly from Deutsche Bahn, Atlatos is unable to resend confirmation e-mails. However, tickets may be retrieved at any time - via - the DB booking search in Atlatos.
Please follow the next (3) three steps to retrieve your rail ticket once again:
1. Click on "DB booking search" under "My Data" (or the employees profile, should you be booking for someone else)
2. Click on order search.
3. Select the required booking.
