Refundrebel offers and operates an online platform for the pursuement of compensation claims for rail transport:

Rail passengers may place compensation claims for train delays and cancellations. Should a promising outlook of compensation exist, Refundrebel takes over claims management vis-à-vis the railroad company and in the event of a successful claims placement a commission charge is applied.

Refundrebel may be activated automatically via Atlatos Profi Traveller to be used in the event of train delays.  An activation by the company is required via "Integrations".
