If you receive an error message when attempting to cancel a hotel booking, please check if:
- the cancellation deadline has expired
- a non-cancellable rate was booked
If neither of the above options applies, please send your request with the booking number and the exact wording of the error message to support@atlatos.com.
If you wish to request a cancellation or refund on a goodwill basis, please direct this request exclusively to the hotel provider through which the booking was made.
Requests for goodwill are not covered by the technical support services of Atlatos.
