Since June 1, 2019, emergency contact information can be transferred to the airline(s) for Amadeus flights. The following routine must be set up for all PNR templates:
Has the traveler's mobile phone number been stored, it is passed on as SSR CTCM (M for mobile phone number).
If no mobile phone number has been stored, the e-mail of the traveler is transferred as contact
SSR CTCE (E for e-mail address).
From a data protection point of view, nothing changes for Atlatos customers. The previous sequence within the order data processing transmits e-mail address first and mobile phone number second (if specified) to the service provider for booking processing. Without the transmission of the e-mail address, a low-cost, hotel, rental car or train booking would not be possible. Neither the e-mail address nor the mobile phone number may be used for advertisement purposes. The usage and storage of personal data is limited solely/only for the purpose of booking processing.
