Update: all issues are solved and the interface is up and running again
There are currently technical difficulties with the SoftConEx interface in the Atlatos system, which is why the interface has been temporarily deactivated. Bookings cannot be fully processed by the system and are therefore not confirmed as booked to the booker.
As a result, the travel agency may also receive incomplete bookings.
We are working at full speed to rectify this fault as quickly as possible.
The disruption currently relates to flight bookings, but it cannot be ruled out that hotel and rental car bookings may also be affected.
