Current disruption: bookings with Mastercard via booking.com

Current Issue:
There are currently problems with bookings via booking.com when payment is made with a Mastercard.
After completing the booking order, the payment process is initiated but then fails with an error message.

Affected payment methods:

Not affected:

• Visa

• American Express

• AirPlus VirtualCard

Recommendation:
Until the issue is resolved, please use an alternative credit card (e.g., Visa, American Express) or an AirPlus VirtualCard for payments via booking.com in Atlatos.
