Hotel Chains of the Deutsche Hospitality Group Blocked via CRC/DER

Due to a technical system change by the Deutsche Hospitality Group, payment matching issues are currently occurring when processing bookings via CRC and derhotel. The incorrect assignment of payment data prevents transactions from being processed properly.

To avoid misbookings and payment errors, CRC and derhotel have temporarily disabled booking options for all affected hotel brands until a sustainable solution is implemented.

Current Status

The systems will remain blocked for the hotel brands listed above until further notice. CRC and derhotel are working together with the Deutsche Hospitality Group on a technical solution. A timeline for reactivation has not yet been communicated.
