Technical background:
Chatty is based on an Atlatos-owned LLM model, specifically developed for use in the travel and expense management environment. The responses refer exclusively to functions and content of the Atlatos platform. The integrated AI model is based on ChatGPT 4.0, with all personal data anonymized beforehand. Chatty's knowledge base is hosted on German servers located in Düsseldorf.
Chatty is continuously improved and trained by Atlatos staff. We expect the chatbot's quality to improve month by month.
