New functions for travel expense reports

For the first time, Atlatos Expense Engine offers for public sector the State Accounting Law for Bavaria (BayRKG).
In addition, since the beginning of the year we have also been supporting the update of the Baden-Württemberg State Accounting Law (LRKG BW).

In case of longer trips or consecutive trip modules, the checkboxes "direct connection trip or onward trip" can be set for the arrival and departure days from around mid-May. Afterwards the calculation of the per diems without arrival or departure day takes place.
