As a travel agency you can use the travel agency administration access to enter or adjust holidays and opening hours. In addition you can install adjustments for a 24h-queue.
Enter opening hours and holidays:
Select administration -> travel agency data and you can enter the opening hours. You can also enter holidays and days at which your agency is closed.
You can enter the necessary time until the departure of a flight for short-term tickets. Here, the booking on the same day is limited to the respective number of hours before departure. At the 2 hours stated in the screenshot, the traveller is not able to book a flight 2 hours before departure.
Enter/change the 24h-queue
By selecting “alternative pseudocode” you can enter the office ID or the pseudocode of the 24h-fulfillment-provider (example: alternative pseudocode: FRAXX123 , alternative queue: 82 Alternative, queue-category: 50)
Click on “exact 24h ticket transmission without consideration of the office hours” if you want to send all bookings to the 24h-service after the office hours.
