Via the Atlatos Online Agent, the travel agency can edit the following data using the access - via - the administration right:
- Travel Agency Data
- Ticketing Restrictions
- General Company Settings
Travel Agency Data
The travel agency may simply change the travel agency name and contact details if required. Please note that changes herewith apply to and affect all corporate customers.
Should a customized support contact be required for an individually client/customer, this would be possible - via - changes within the company settings.
The travel agency may store and set ticketing time periods when the travel agency is available for manual ticket adjustment. This does NOT mean the opening hours, but the processing time for ticketing requiring manual issuance. If a ticket route is used, continuous automated processing can be set and stored. Holidays must only be entered should manual ticketing take place and be required.
The Imprint/Impressum is editable. This view is the shortened form of the imprint. We strongly recommend a short variant, which is then listed in the footer of booking confirmations.
General Company Settings
Within the general company settings, the maintenaince of SK-items that apply to all bookings is available. Further functions are to follow.
