19. Travel agency: store customer number and individual RM and OS elements

As a travel agency you can use your administration access to insert an own travel agency customer number for your corporate clients. This number will be transmitted in PNR. At the same time, you can also add individual static RM or OS elements for each corporate client.

You can order dynamic elements as a PNR-template for a fee via the Atlatos support. You can also enter RM-elements by yourself. Please refer to the support flyer.

Travel agency customer number to enter EM/OS elements:

Select “administration” -> “company” and search for your required company.

Click at the “i” for further information. In the next step all details of your corporate client appear.

At "Additional Features" you can choose the individual travel agency customer number as well as the RM and OS elements. For additional RM-or OS-elements you have to click on the green + icon.
