Payment of flights

The payment of flights is possible by a personal credit card or a travel lodge card. If you want to pay with travel lodge card (Airplus, American Express, Degussa), it is possible to define additional data via “my company - additional fields”. The additional data will be transferred to the travel agency with each booking.

A virtual credit card (Mastercard) based on AirPlus A.I.D.A. can be generated, if a Airplus travel lodge card is not accepted by an airline. This feature can also be disabled.

Payment of hotels

The payment of hotels varies by provider:

For all providers the payment by credit card is the standard procedure. The AirPlus A.I.D.A. feature (virtual credit card based on a Mastercard licence) to guarantee a hotel booking is implemented for all providers.

Additional options of payment are available for the following providers:

Corporate Rates Club (CRC):

• Payment via travel lodge card (incl. VAT receipt for bookings in Germany) AirPlus, Amex
• Payment via cost takeover declaration (not recommended*)

HRS:

• Payment via AirPlus A.I.D.A. procedure incl. payment service (HRS provides structured hotel bills)
• Payment via Airplus Company Account (individual HRS offer)
• Payment via cost takeover declaration (not recommended*)

Hotel.de

• Payment via A.I.D.A. procedure only for a guarantee

DERHotel

• Payment via A.I.D.A. procedure only for a guarantee

Booking.com

• Payment via AirPlus A.I.D.A.  (coming soon)

ehotel:

• Payment via ehotel proprietary invoicing process (incl. VAT receipt for bookings in Germany)
• Payment via cost takeover declaration (not recommended*)

*Please note: Payment via cost takeover declaration is not accepted at all hotels. Without submitting a valid credit card a cost takeover will only be accepted by these hotels, the customer has already an agreement with.

Payment of rental cars

The payment of rental cars varies by provider:

• Payment via travel lodge card (customer number and deposit of the travel card number is necessary)
• Payment via invoice

Europcar:

• Payment via travel lodge card (customer number and deposit of the travel card number in advance is necessary)
• Payment via voucher (Europcar-ID necessary)

Hertz:

• Payment via travel lodge card (deposit of card number in advance is not required)
• Payment via voucher is possible (billing-ID and clearing of the IATA number are necessary)

Avis

• Payment via travel lodge card (customer number and deposit of the travel card number in advance is necessary)

Enterprise:

• Payment via travel lodge card (customer number and deposit of the travel card number in advance is necessary)

Payment of train tickets

It is possible to pay train tickets by your personal credit card or with your travel lodge card.
