Rebooking Eurowings flights

Eurowings flights can be easily rebooked through the Atlatos Profi Traveller via its desktop version, provided that the booked fare allows for it.

The authorization to rebook can be held by travelers themselves, provided they have the right to self-book, as well as by authorized personnel within the company. Additionally, the supporting travel agency can initiate a rebooking if they have been granted permission to do so.

Step 1: Access the Rebooking Function

1. Navigate to the booking details of your Eurowings flight reservation.
2. At the bottom of the page, next to the "Cancel" option, you will also find the "Rebook" option. Click on the "Rebook Button".

Step 2: Select New Flight Times

1. After clicking on the rebooking button, you can specify the new desired flight times for the outbound and/or return flight.
2. Alternative flight options will be presented to you. Please select the flight that suits you.

Step 3: Complete the Rebooking

1. By selecting the flight and confirming the new flight times, the rebooking process is completed.
