New Filters for Searching Approved Travel Requests

Enhanced search and filter options are now available for approvers to find previously approved or archived travel requests.

Enhanced Search in Order Status

In the Order Status section, travel requests can now be searched using the following criteria:

• Employee name

• Destination

• Personnel number

• Travel request number

These additional search options make it easier and faster to locate specific travel requests, especially when managing a large number of requests.

Additional Filters in the Archive

The search functionality in the Archive has also been enhanced. In addition to selecting a date range, the following filter criteria are now available:

• Travel type

• Status

• Employee name

• Destination

• Personnel number

• Travel request number

These additional filters allow approvers to search past travel requests more efficiently and quickly access the relevant records.
