As a Travel Manager, you have the ability to send new access credentials to your employees. This function is only available through the desktop version. Since there are no separate access credentials for the app and desktop version, there is no need to differentiate whether the user wants to log in via mobile or desktop.
To do this, please go to Administration -> Employees in the system and search for the affected employee.
Now enter the editing mode of the profile and scroll to the very bottom of the page. There you will find the button on the left - send new access credentials.
The user will now receive new access credentials at the email address stored in their profile and will have 24 hours to follow the provided link and change their password.
