Set-up of additional data

If you want to complete the booking data with additional data fields such as the personnel number or an order number, you can add these fields individually. The additional data fields correspond to the common additional data of the travel card, for example Airplus. The additional data will then be automatically transmitted to the travel agency for flight bookings or directly to Deutsche Bahn for train bookings.

You can maintain the additional data fields at the navigation point "my company" - "additional data". Select the fields that are optional or required fields for your company.

In addition, you can define default values if e.g. in an internal account is only to be selected via drop-down menu predefined accounts. This way, you can deposit the 11 accounts, which are available for selection in the drop-down menu. The additional data can also be restricted or renamed with regard to the character length.

The Auto-ID allows the generation of a unique ID, which is sent to the billing service provider prior to the booking. This allows an unambiguous assignment of booking data to billing data.
