In the right navigation menu, select "employees" in the "administration" section. By clicking on "create employee" you will be able to create employees. Here, you can also search for employees and change their data. It is necessary that the departments are already created for adding employees. When you create a new employee, select a branch that should belong to that employee. Then enter the department and the other master data.
Select "authorization", where you can choose whether the employee belongs to a user group or has a special role. User-specific means that the employee has the standard Atlatos rights which can be changed user-specifically under the rights management.
Furthermore, all user groups that were created in advance by the company are listed here. In this case, the group with the administrator right. When all of the employee’s data is entered correctly, set the employee to "active" and click "add".
The employee is successfully created after saving. With the creation of a new employee, a welcome e-mail is sent to the employee, provided that the check mark for the access data has been clicked. Otherwise, no access data will be sent. However, these can be send at any time by the administration.
The user profile also asks for additional points that can be optionally entered: the traveller can save travel preferences and credit cards as well as loyalty cards (BahnCards and frequent-flyer-cards).
If a company card or travel card is used by the employee, this can be created here, in case not all employees should use the travel card. When using the travel card for the entire branch or company, these are created via "administration"- "branch".
