The Atlatos Profi Traveller offers each employee standard rights (user-specific) unless a role has been created in advance and assigned to the employee.
If you give your travellers different rights, it makes sense to create rights groups. The standard rights of a traveller are shown on the following page.
By default, the following roles are available:
- Travel manager
If further roles are desired, these can be simply added. The functions of the existing roles can be also easily changed. Then, employees are assigned roles and as the role changes, the rights of the assigned employees changes as well.
Each role has different rights and can be created individually in an user group. To create a user group, click on "add" at "rights management". First,select the company or branch to which this user group applies.Then enter the name of our new user group in the appropriate field and select a department and employees. In our example this would be the group of travellers (see following page).
According to this principle a user group can be created for each role.
Each employee can be assigned to a user group at setup or a later stage and thus the deposit rights are automatically assigned to the user. Alternatively, you can define the rights individually for each employee or use mainly the standard rights. Our recommendation is to use the right "user-specific" for as few employees as possible, as the changing of rights is more time-consuming.
