Combination of travel components

Selection of travel components:

The travel templates can be used to simply select the desired travel components.

By clicking on the “select” button below, you will be asked if you would like to combine the travel components to one trip.

Combination of travel components to one trip:

If you like to merge the two travel components into one trip (the travel times are extended to the entire settlement period), click on “merge”. If you would like to settle the trips independently in one settlement, click on “settle independently”.

Attention: The travel components may be max. 30 days apart.

Then the travel expense report can be settled as usual. Travel times and the resulting meal lump sums are calculated for the entire settlement period.
