Individual portal settings

More individuality in the portal settings:

At -> “my company” -> “settings” travel manager can individually configure the Atlatos Profi Traveller via the “settings” function. In the following there is an overview of the settings options:

General settings:

• Language settings
• Configuration of the start page
• Editability of the first and last name (in the booking process and travel accounting)
• Deactivation of password assignment when using single sign-on procedure

Flight bookings:

• Present departure location
• Maximum number of travellers
• Preselection of tariff type
• Activation of the selection “direct flights”
• Hide the selection of airlines or fare types
• Show business flights via more tabs

Hotel bookings:

• Limitation of the room selection
• Definition of the default value for the radius search
• Specification of the hotel sorting
• Specification of an minimum price limit
• Standardized activation of the breakfast option

Rental car bookings:

• Selection of the preferred rental car provider
• Add preferred car rental station

Booking confirmation:

• Configuration of the subject line of the booking confirmation
• Deactivation of ical files
