With the update released on September 30, 2026, the password change function has been revised.
Under My Data → Security, users can now independently request an email by clicking “Request New Login Credentials”. The email will be sent to the email address stored in their user profile and contains a link that allows them to set a new password.
The link is valid for 24 hours.
Available for Single Sign-On (SSO) Users
This feature may also be relevant for users who normally log in to Atlatos via Single Sign-On (SSO).
If the company has additionally enabled login using personal credentials, these users can set their own password.
The newly created login credentials can also be used to access the Atlatos App.
Feature Availability
The “Request New Login Credentials” function:
Is available exclusively within the user's own profile. Users who make bookings on behalf of others cannot request new login credentials for other users.
Is only visible if the company has enabled the use of personal login credentials.
Can be disabled by the company, for example, if authentication is intended to take place exclusively via SSO, or if the user is a passive user who should not have direct access to the Atlatos application or app.
Note: Setting a new password does not affect the existing SSO login functionality.
