There are internal company reasons, such as the travel expense report for external applicants, that cause the address for the travel expense report to differ from the company address.
This change can be made by individuals with administrative rights:
1. Changing the employee's address through administration
In the 'Administration - Employees' section, the basic data can be edited, and the employee's private address can be stored.
Note: This setting cannot be made by the traveler themselves, but only by a person with administrative rights for the employee profile.
2. Private address in the user's travel expense report
After the private address has been stored, the travel expense report will be issued to the traveler's private address.
