Feature Overview
In the Atlatos Expense Engine, a new validation and notification feature has been implemented to ensure that late-approved travel expense reports are transparently communicated to the accounting department.
Visibility for Approvers / Accounting
As soon as a travel expense report (RKA) is pending approval and its departure date is more than 6 months in the past, a red warning icon is displayed in the approver’s dashboard.
In addition, a notification appears in the report view:
The approver can still approve the report – cancellation is not mandatory.
