With the latest version of the Atlatos app, you now have access to a personal expense archive. This allows you to view your travel expense reports and expense reimbursements anytime on your mobile device – clearly structured and always available.
How to Find the Archive
Open the Atlatos app on your smartphone.
Go to “My Data” in the menu.
Select “Expenses”.
There you will find your personal archive.

In the archive, you can:
Access expense reports from the last three years at any time
View all details and receipts digitally
Retrieve your expense reports directly in the app while on the go
Quickly check the current processing and payment status
