Introduction of SEPA XML Export (pain.001.001.09) at Atlatos
As part of the ongoing enhancement of the RKA export functionality, Atlatos now provides the option to generate SEPA-compliant XML files according to the ISO 20022 standard (pain.001.001.09). These files are intended for automated payment processing via banks.
Delivery Methods
You can retrieve the generated XML files through one of two methods:

Activation and Configuration
1. How to Enable

Navigate to Admin → Company Settings → RKA Transmission via Atlatos Support

Activate the option:
ISO 20022 Payments Initiation Export (pain.001.001.09)
2. Prerequisites

The main company and – if configured – each branch must have a valid IBAN and BIC.

Employees included in the export must also have a valid IBAN.
-
Only reimbursements with a positive refund amount are included in the export.

Important Notes
-
IBAN and BIC are validated before export.
-
If bank data is missing or invalid, the export will not proceed.

A setting to enforce mandatory bank data during the reimbursement process will be available shortly.

This feature is available only to customers with active export authorization.
