Add BahnBonus Number in Atlatos

As of June 8, 2026, Deutsche Bahn will switch from the previous 16-digit BahnBonus number to the 12-digit customer number stored in the respective DB customer account.

To ensure that BahnBonus points can continue to be collected correctly, the new 12-digit customer number should be taken from the Deutsche Bahn customer account and added to Atlatos in good time.

Where is the BahnBonus number stored in Atlatos?

The BahnBonus number is stored in Atlatos in the user profile as an extra card.

How to add the BahnBonus number

1. Log in to your DB customer account.
2. Copy your new 12-digit customer number.
3. Open your user profile in Atlatos.
4. Add the customer number as an extra card “BahnBonus”.
5. Save the changes.

Important note for BahnCard users

If you would like to collect BahnBonus points with your BahnCard, the BahnBonus number or the new 12-digit customer number must be stored in Atlatos.

The BahnCard number alone is no longer sufficient to collect BahnBonus points.
