If the rail bonus points are not credited, this can be due to the following reasons:
1. The BahnCard number is invalid; in this case the BahnCard is in general not specified within the booking process.
Please update the BahnCard in the booking profile accordingly.
2. The BahnCard holder has not been registered for the BahnBonus program.
Please register for the BahnBonus program.
To point 2.:
Deutsche Bahn proofs whether a BahnCard holder is registered in the BahnBonus program or not. Atlatos then transmits the BahnCard, however no points are credited without registration.
